Hello all :)
Hopefully you all have celebrated the New Year well. With another year gone, that means that last years' banner archive has been completed! As you know, A-Source runs through many banners in a month. Normally a new banner is switched every week. The most appealing thing is that it's a new anime each time and clicking on the banner takes you right to its database~

Convention Review: Anime Festival Asia 2009

It's one of the largest anime conventions in the world, and this year was no exception with approximately 45,000 attendees swarming the Suntec Convention Center in Singapore for Anime Festival Asia: 2009 on November 21st-22nd. Luckily our very own Jys3k was on hand to tell us all about it, and of course, take lots of cosplay photos.

For the most part, it's been a year of anime where most series are becoming increasingly more complex, throwing as much at you as they possibly can, plus the kitchen sink. If you've read our handy and recently posted 2009 Fall Preview Guide (directly beneath this article on the front page!) it's worth noting that one of the series that took our staff members by storm is none other than one of the simplest of romance stories, found in the new show Kimi ni Todoke.
