I couldn't even watch this all the way through. This movie seemed to be extremely long. When I thought "it should be ending soon", it had a good hour left! I didn't think there was a good storyline, it was more of a story... scatter (bad joke). Many things would happen which are, individually, somewhat interesting but they don't help to make a solid story base.
I'm surprised to how much people don't know of this movie. I knew of this movie from someone telling me that it's about raccoons with supernatural testicles. They were right. There seems to be this odd emphasis on the raccoons and their testicles. In fact, you'll have sequences of MAGICAL TESTICLES. It's awful.
There are too many transformation sequences. Okay, so the raccoons are able to morph to whatever they think of, but that's now what I'm talking about. Sometimes they'd have the raccoon characters as regular "crawling" raccoons, or they'd have a cartoon-ish pudgy raccoon, or have anthropomorphic ones. I don't remember any characters nor have any that perked my interest in any way. Things were certainly silly. Silly is good, but this was stupid silly. There was no Studio Ghibli charm. No charisma in any fashion.
Since I didn't finish it (I don't even want to try), I don't know what kind of message they wanted to portray. I can't imagine their conclusion being any good either. Throughout the majority of the movie, the direction was too wishy-washy to give any general idea of what exactly was the motive of every scene.
