To Heart ~Remember My Memories~ (TH RMM) is the Sequel to the series To Heart that being produce on the year 1999. Yup it actually took AIC ASTA (Studio) 4+ years to come out with the 2nd season which ends the magnificent adventure of the series To Heart.
This time, we got more serious story plot compare to its Prequel and of course we get to see more progress between our Hero and Heroine relationship. They
