Synopsis :
Since the era changed from Edo to Meiji, Japan has been changing rapidly with the current government's policy of modernization. Kyoto where Expo was being held.
The government issued licenses to monsters that lived with humans. There was a company that arrested unregistered monsters to keep the peace. The name of the company is "Kido Shinsengumi Co. Ltd."
Meanwhile, a young guy came back to Kyoto from Shanghai with his monster buddy, Nekomaru. He was Sakamoto Ryunosuke, the son of Sakamoto Ryoma.

I must say this anime has great potential. I have only watched 3 episodes so far, but I'm enjoying it a lot.
It's very funny, but in some episodes there is romance too. It reminds me of an ancient version of Love Hina with funny looking monsters.
Story: It's very interesting. First impressions are, it looks very boring and dull however, with ongoing episodes ıt becomes more and more interesting and funny. To put it simply; the story is about our main character named Ryunosuke who returned to his home after a long time. Plus three beautiful fighters who are obligated to hunt down the monsters who don't have a license. Yes, license! in this anime humans and monsters live in same enviroment, however, monsters should have a license.
Characters: Our main character Ryunosuke is an innocent looking young man who is truthworthy and wants to help everyone, however, his best friend, who is a cat looking monster, is kind of a baby who is curious about everything. The most funny characters are the three fighters, each of them has a different ability. One is an expert swordman, but always uses cheap and easily broken swords. One is a shooter but accidentally uses dud weapons and the other is a miko who uses four junior gods who are created from paper. The clumsiness of these characters is the most important and funny part of the anime.
Animation: It's very good. The drawings are very accurate and well prepared.
The music is good enough for this anime, it fits very well in this anime. The OP part is also better than the other parts.
