Synopsis :
Chihiro Enomoto is a freshman just started at the Rikkyoin High School. This is a very special school were everything is decided by kujibiki (lottery) . Here he meets Tokino Akiyama and falls in love with her. He also meets his childhood friend Ritsuko Kübel Kettenkrad whom he didn’t know had returned to Japan. She is also the leader of the student council. She falls in love with him but things are not easy when school life seems to consist mostly of competitions and kujibiki.
Additional notes : This is an OAV based on a show that exists in the popular anime and manga Genshiken.
