Synopsis :
Shigeno Goro, AKA Honda Goro from Major returns in Major II as a Junior High Student. No longer the stringy lad he use to be, he makes his return back to Mifune from Fukuoka. Komori, Shimizu, Toshi, and many others return as important characters, but how will Honda be received after four years of absense. Also what is the significance behind the forboding openning scene? Is Goro still the baseball-loving fanatic we watched grow from toddler to teen, or has something very painful changed him forever? Watch to find out!

After finishing up the first season, Goro now enters the centre stage with the same straight forward personality he takes on yet another challenge.
Like the first season this got me hooked on the first episode.
Storyline: Is on par with the best anime out there, however season one proved to be the better of the two. The story takes place with yet another drastic change in Goro, still striving to become a pro baseball player like his father he continues on with Baseball throughout his school years. 10/10 for story.
Music: (opening) Is a little bit different to season 1 however it is rather more exciting than the first. Ending is a slow one, but it fits perfectly in with the intro. You get the Fast pacing opening, and then the calm relaxing for the ending. 10/10
Animation: Still retain its original style like the first season though there is a development, characters now looks rather sharply designed and as for the pitches, it gives off the same feeling as your watching a real live pitch thrown, or even better. 8/10
Overall: Storyline is the most important aspect of the anime, however the animation fits quite well in with the story and accompanied by the music deserves a 9.5/10. Recommended for anyone as it certainly kept me entertained, personally the best anime I've seen so far, though not in animation but overall.

This series is heartpounding till the end. I am a fan of all but most sports anime just like Eyeshield 21 and this one happened to catch my eye. Of course, I had to start off with Season 1 because Major II just wont be the same. And after 3 episodes of Major Season 1, I fell in love with this anime. It's a must watch! now for the review:
Storyline: Storyline is top-notch. Not as good as first season, but good nonetheless. With touching emotions and ubreakable spirits, Goro (the main character) is back from the first season and he is again off to follow his dream day by day to become a pro like his father in the majors and possibly the major leagues in the US. 10/10
Music (opening/ending) once again, not as catchy as the first season, but it's still grade A stuff. Also, the way they apply the catchy theme song into their ending makes you get goosebumps! 9/10
Animation: unfortunately, the animation is just barely over average. Which isn't bad but it could be better. 7/10
Characters: Honda Goro is a character with unbelievable willpower and is ever-so-interesting to watch!
(I dont think I can do ALL the other characters so I'll leave them out)
Overall: I usually base my overall score on the storyline, since that's what it really matters. so I give this show a 9.75/10, and rounding it off, its a 10/10... great story and you must watch Major S1 before you watch S2!! this anime is the best I've seen so far!
