I really enjoyed this anime because it didn't give you chance to rest; they kept the action up until the end (that happens a little to quickly).
Unlike most animes, you really can't predict what will happen next, which really sets you off balance, now there powers are unbeleavable anything from flying (thats just cool) to somoning monsters to defend themselves.
I found the abilities of the characters to be rather unique and refreshing, as many animes tend to duplicate what everybody else is doing and not taking chances.
The animation isn't the best, but after all, it is from 1993, a year that falls between laser disk and DVD, so you can't help it.
Like I said the only big problem I have is how short it is but I'm told everything that Hirohiko Araki makes ends up this way. Sad.
If I had to pick a favorite character it wold be Jotoro - always calm but prepared to battle at any moment.
I hope you watch this as it is pretty good and I enjoyed it immensely.
