Synopsis :
The sovereign's seal. A powerful item that grants its chosen wielder the power of the "Light of the Shining Star". It has been under the protection of the Riku family for generations, until it was stolen by the ruler of the Kingdom of Go, who took it from its caretakers and used its power to challenge the powerful Kingdom of Gi.
As the heir of the Riku family, it is Rikuson Hakugen's duty to ascertain the worth of its current wielder and, if necessary, take the seal away from him. But upon contact with the seal it chooses Rikuson as its new wielder. Unfortunately, in the middle of the confusion created by a trio of assassins, the seal is stolen from Rikuson's care once again.
Now it is up to him to retrieve the seal and use its power to protect the Kingdom of Go, even though other forces that also desire to obtain its power are moving in the darkness.

When I watched episode 1 of this anime, I had high hopes that this will be a great series. But as the series went on, I got bored.
The animation was good but not best. Movements of the characters are not detailed and the fighting scenes are boring to watch.
It's amazing that all the characters were designed properly. This is one reason why I kept watching this anime.
Overall, it's quite disappointing to see an anime that has a potential to be one of the best, but failed the expectations of the viewers.

This anime has a slight tinge of shonen-ai. Fans of this genre will be delighted at the few peeks of BL.
What made me watch this anime with a lousy description was it's cover drawing. Unfortunately the anime provided only mid-class drawing, showing slightly distorted faces of the characters at a lot of points in the story.
The graphics may be considered high-class, with vivid colors and non blurry movements.
The anime starts off weird, giving off an aura that makes you want to stop watching it. But it gets better up until a certain point around episode 6, it gets weirder and weirder. It's worth the watch though, if you're bored.
The ending will not disappoint you, but it will make you feel that you've just watched Blues Clues or something.
Forgive my weird way of reviewing, but only watch this anime when you don't have anything better to do.
