Synopsis :
Nicoletta was originally born in Rome, and is now returning there after twenty years to visit a hole-in-the-wall restaurant. Why? Her mother, who is remarried to the restaurant's owner, abandoned Nicoletta when she was five, and maintains that she has never been married or had a daughter. Nicoletta shows up to expose her mother's secret but discovers that the restaurant itself is anything but ordinary. She decides to conceal the fact that she is her mother's daughter to observe the restaurant for a bit longer.

This is quick review of the anime "Ristorante Paradiso"
Intro: "Ristorante Paradiso" is a Romance and a Slice of Life anime aimed for older viewers. The story takes you to the beautiful Rome with a handful of Dashing Gentlemen in Specs.
Graphics: I give it a perfect 10, depends on your taste, but no one can deny the beauty of Rome - from buildings to details, added with vibrant colors and majestic lighting's. Also the characters are very well-made, they really look like Europeans, not your basic anime-style models. They made older men Gorgeous and added Beauty in women.
Story: a good 10, starts with the Daughter-Mother issue BUT it soon turns into a wide variety of events and situations. its an anime aimed to older viewers , but it can be for anyone who wants majestic or Class in your anime viewing. the story revolves mainly on Rosetta, But it also gives you stories about the Awesome staffs and her love of her life, that is quite crucial for Rosetta's life in the kitchen.
Music: a 10 should be enough, they use some classical with a modern flavor. The opening is a bit of Jazz with a cute ending. But the one to be praised in the BGM, as you journey through the restaurant you'll hear classical music around you, giving it the Class it deserves, ... it's Rome.
Some may be confused for the first time, as the title says "Ristorante Paradiso" as I resume, that has something to do with cooking or food BUT NO, it's about the staff's lives and their services, which includes the food, the wine and the specs. You'll also notice that the Most male characters are in middle-ages and older even. But they do have their charm. It's not your ordinary Harem of handsome young men, But their even more potent! I assure this anime will awaken your Older-men fetishes. I could not recommend this to anybody, cause this may not be suitable for younger minds, you need to be mature enough to appreciate finer qualities of animes.
