Synopsis :
The first day for the summer holiday begins. Mirai, a young middle school student becomes annoyed at almost everything. She is weighed down with many chores, has to babysit her younger brother (Yuuki), and lastly, she has little idea of what to do about her summer homework. Her homework is a written assignment which asks, "where will she be when she grows up?" - Mirai can't see herself being anything. In fact, she thinks her life would be easier if everything just disappeared!
Just then, an earthquake of overwhelming magnitude envelops Tokyo. Tall buildings collapse and structures take a dangerous fall. Mirai and Yuuki are left stranded among the ruins. With the help of a young woman named Mari, the three try to head back to their home.
