Usually I'd just squee about it in the LTE in the forums, but this was so exciting that I had to post my first blog about it!!! It's almost all a Marimite fan can ask for~ all 3 seasons are licensed, it doesn't look like we'll have to worry about the dubbing and season 4 airs this year... all's left is hoping and praying that they license the light novels too!
Though it seems I might have to brave importing if they don't bring it over here xD |

What do you guys think of Lucky Star getting the same treatment of Haruhi? Surely the hype is there, but the two anime differ vastly in terms of substance. I found LS to be entertaining and definitely worth collecting, but I am hestitant to spend this kind of money on it at this point. Maybe the extras will sway my decision. How about you? |

Just a quick shameless plug ...
I just added Bandai Visual USA's (aka evil Bandai) announcement to the front page. WOW that was a fast license ^^...I worked really hard to get this up before some other Anime news sites got it up .... it worked!
Also, there's another article regarding ADV Films troubles hitting the front page tonight (or so).
And finally -- I've updated the Anime on TV page!
Expect some Anime on TV front page news soon ... and another convention spotlight XD
What else? I think that's it.
Oh yeah, WTF!? HMV! They tried to sell me Air TV (regular/standard DVD) for $39.99 CDN!!!???
So I got pissed and emailed ADV about this, and they totally ignored me and sent me links to an online retailer selling Kanon for like $20 bucks CDN ... wtf!? (good deal though) So yeah...
