george carlin was hilarious, especially his take on the aristocrats joke, not as funny as bob saget's, but the way he told his jokes were awesome.

He was a great man. His style may have been a bit crude, but I find I can't feel sad about his passing, because his was a natural death. Thinking about him brings a smile to my face, instead of remembering the circumstances of how he passed away, which I think is a sign of a great man.
Kudos George, I hope all your "in memory of" specials that are undoubtedly going to follow are to your liking. XD

A great loss. Comedy is about expressing your hate, and who else hated better than Carlin? One of the bravest comedians, and definitely a stalwart that established the way comedy is done today. RIP.

ohmygoshno, why?! why are awesome ppl dying this year? the creator of d&d, dead. the last two of disney's famous nine old men, dead. Fashion designer Yves Saint-Laurent, dead. Heath Ledger, dead. science-fiction writer Author C. Clark, dead. and now George Carlin?
This year of the rat is really falling for this generation, how depressing!
