Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children

So, FF VII AC. Was this really the best anime movie ever? I doubt it. Then why did I give it a vote. Basically because I had very fond memories of the game and seeing all the characters again filled me with happiness. Another part that I like is the soundtrack, the piano themes and the theme for Sephiroth are good. The first time I heard the ending titles and recognized the classic FF theme in them I instantly remembered the joy of the earlier games. So perhaps not the best movie, but one that gave me a good feeling.

Lets put it easily its FF and its VII while the story is top notch since you have to actually have played the game to understand its still way above average with jaw dropping combat and animation that makes your eyes cry in joy of its beauty i cant think of much better. Oh yeah and the music is of course awesome and hell you get to see Cloud and Sephiroth duke it out, hell that should be a must watch for any fan. Simply put Love FF and played the games? Must watch Dood.

This was a terrific movie for Final Fantasy VII fans and a great action movie for non fans. I understand that some parts may be confusing to non fans but you cannot deny the graphics and effort put into this movie.

Ah, Advent Children. Mostly a project for the fans, wouldn't you think? Before seeing AC I hadn't played any FF game, and I ended up playing the original FF7, and after that 8, and Crisis Core, and... You can see where this is going. As a stand alone film Advent Children probably doesn't shine. The plot is, true to its source, very video game like. It isn't a film made to be understood, instead it has awesome action, characters all the old and new fans love (or hate intensely). The best anime film? Far from it. But very enjoyable and I think a lot of people love it, even if they don't want to admit it.
