A great anime by Clamp. I love the way they show other characters such as the Chi sisters (Chobits) in the anime. Kobato is a really funny girl as well.

This is a pick-me-up anime that that brings a little humor. Kobato, shows determination to reach her goal and makes some mistakes along the way that provides for great interactions with her sidekick Ioryogi who is almost a polar opposite. Despite Ioryogi's rants her stuffed toy dog still cares for her to reach her goal. A great series that is still continuing until early spring.

Great for its balance of crazy everyday antics and good plot revolving around Kenshi's life in a new world.

Umineko no Naku Koro ni is twisted, by both his plot and his characters, but the execution (at least for the first two arcs) is magnificent and reveals the plot little by little. Even though 26 eps are not nearly enough to cover the visual novel, it still is one of the best shows of 2009.

I had watched Higurashi no Naku Koro ni a few months before this. When I heard that it was basically a sequel to the two with different casting setting and "god" I was quite interested

What can I say? This series made me so happy. Despite its many detractors and people claiming it would cause World War 3, it remains one of my favourite anime and I actually think it's brought world peace that little bit closer. Firstly, the characters are adorable. There's no real character development - but this isn't a drama or even a proper story. This is a historical sketch show. The animation isn't the greatest, but what there is is sufficient to convey the bubbly lightheartedness of the series. There is no way you can hate any of the characters while knowing them well, and when Hetalia fans meet, it's remarkable how many different nationalities there are. I have seen British, America,

Canadian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, German, French, Hungarian, Filipino, Austrian, Finnish, Russian, Irish, and many other nationalities of fans talking about HISTORY, about their country's CULTURE - and while it is undoubtedly offensive to some people, I believe it really is a beautiful series with only goodwill in its intentions. I've always been interested in History, but Hetalia pushed that up and I will be eternally grateful to some of the things I've learnt from it.

This series is funny, entertaining, and cute. Each episode is 5 minutes long, which makes watching the show a piece of cake. The ending theme is hilarious, and having Daisuke Namikawa as the voice of Italy is just the best choice ever, in my opinion.

Great twist of magic, demons and mechas

I enjoyed both seasons of Asura Cryin' not only for the character design and development, both of which are great reasons to vote for it, but also for the exploration and discussion of deep philosophical issues such as changing time and space to one's benefit, and even if one should do such things, as well as being thankful for what you have -- all this, and you get cute girls, magic, science, and demons. Count it: fourth vote.

Although its a bit too early to tell and I haven't read the manga, I think that this is anime is pretty cool. It has the potential to blow both Naruto and Bleach out of the water.

This is a fast pace anime involving Lucy a young sorceress who meets Natsu who turns out to be a true Salamander with the skill of a dragon slayer. The acceptance of Lucy into the Fairy Tail guild leads to many adventures involving fighting and humours moments. The series is not finished, but since episode 10 (Natsu vs Erza) the story has been building up, so hopefully this anime will have a great finish.
