Miss perfect has set out on a mission to satisfy everyones needs. First, she starts by taking over the student council and then invites her best friend to help her in her quest.
By introducing a suggestion box for people to drop their problems in, the new student council takes on any request, at any time; 24h / day, 365 days / year.
Outlook:
Positive. Pretty interesting combination of strong willed and narrow minded people creates a flat, but entertaining comedy.

Focusing most of the first episode trying to tell the audience how big Medaka's breasts are aren't a very good start. The manga had a lot of focus on how over-the-top and extreme the setting is, but I don't feel any of that in the anime. And most importantly, I think Toyosaki Aki failed to bring out the charm in Medaka. She voiced a lot of different characters, but Medaka is really out of her zone. Sadly.
But otherwise, I liked the anime a fair bit, and that's rare for a adaptation which I've read the source material. The characterization stayed at what it should be, and the production values are good enough. Despite being consistently at the lower tier of Weekly Shounen Jump, know that it has enough popularity to fight on the same stage as One Piece, Naruto and Bleach, compared to tons of series that didn't make it or simply lasted a year or so. Too bad we probably won't see the most awesome character, Kumagawa, appear this season.
Outlook:
Pretty good, and better than most as an adaptation.
