Stress is pretty much a body's reaction to situations that involve a lot of pressure. Stuff like taking a test or Playing an instrument in front of a big group of people.

Personally I like long hair a lot better, especially when it's down and not in a pony tail or anything. Everyone I know wears pony tails and buns and all that weird junk.
