I think the most interesting manga character is Sakuragi Hanamichi from Slam Dunk. He always has this cocky attitude but when it comes to his games he becames a beast

Manaka Junpei from Ichigo 100%. He can't make up his stupid mind about who to chose and always hesitates about everything.

I would choose the fruit dat can slow down time. The captain of the team that challenged luffy to the davie back jones fight had the power to slow down time.

I like both. personally comedy suits me better but a little drama wouldn't hurt
