how access to IRC

how can I get access to the IRC chat?

what do I need?

I need help please

I have tried and noting.

1. You can use software like MIRC and just select rizon.org as the server, then type /join #anime-source to join A-Source's channel.

2. If you have Java installed in your pc, just Login your A-Source account and click IRC Chat module under Community. Select Connect from Site and just wait to be connected to the channel.

well lucifer pretty much covers it..

but heres a more complex and alot more typing involved way.

go to www.sysreset.com, download the program

1.install it
2. open mirc.exe
3. go fill in your info or what not
4. type /server (insert server name here) ...in this case i guess its rizon, so its /server irc.rizon.net
5. to join a channel: type /j (channel) ...so if you wanted to join #anime-source, then..err. /j #anime-source

and thats that... i'm sure someone on irc will teach you how to use it to do other things.. if you can find me on irc i'll teach you, or just send me a pm... i guess...

oh and if you want come join my channel! .. #jckool@irc.rizon.net ... =/ i really shouldnt advertise now should i.. =/ (oh well.. my banner does it anyway) ...err anyway i'll shuttup now.

lol, jckool. not only you advertised but you just made the process more complicated than the necessary. you don't even need sysreset.

huh? oh.. i know that.. i thought i mentioned that you didnt need it.. -___- ... i'm pretty sure i also mentioned my way was WAYYY more complicated... but yeah, i like typing more than clicking.. why.. i dont know.. but sysreset overall is a better script than mIRC by itself i think.. thats why i suggested it =)
