An anime based upon fashion is certainly refreshing to me. Im not a cosmo type person, but sometimes i get bored of anime characters always wearing the same thing.

Personally, i enjoy this mangaka's artwork. I havnt read Paradise kiss, but ive seen NANA and read Kagen no Tsuki (a manga about these 3 kids helping a ghost) and im always impressed by the quality and the frequecy of her effort panels. Effort panels being those panels where the characters and/or surroundings are rendered with extreme detail.

No even with short bangs shes kinda pretty and yeh I want the OP... And whos OP sub is better IY4 or Froth Bite?

And I don't think many GUY guys will be watching this...Im a guy too but will take a look at this to tell the truth its not very interesting heh...

After watching only one episode I actually kinda liked this anime , i agree with the slowpace of the anime making it annoying but the style and character personality seems bizarre and interesting. the ending song sounded fimiliar but i couldnt quite get the name,

Although its slow in its process i found it more appealing than most of the other new anime that are coming out atm.

i havent seen the anime, but iv read the manga. i really like ai yawazas works, and i cant wait to see the NANA movie (going overseas next month, gotta get my hands on some good otaku stuff!)

this series is prettty interesting, i like it so far, the only thing that i found weird about this anime is like the first episodes intro, it was kinda weird, all in all i think this is a good anime

Paradise Kiss, well the manga I did like the art, but not overly so. I never read more than the first manga b/c of time issues and stuff. I have seen the first episode of the anime, and am d/l the second, and I think it's very refreshing. I like how the anime is done even more than the manga so far, and I also like how it's different (I REALLY like how its different!) Some animes just seem to blur into eachother and be too much alike, this is a very nice dose of originality and uniqueness.

I just watched 2 episode of paradise kiss and its really interesting since it talks bout modeling although im not really in to those kind of stuff.

Well, I can definetely see why this anime wouldn't really appeal to guys. It screams "shoujo anime," and while I"m not a hopeless romantic I do like it too.

I'm not actually crazy about the art style. I think I've been spoiled by CLAMP and other overly beautiful works. It's a bit different, even a little abstract at times. I always did think that school uniforms look beautiful on the tall, dark haired type but now.. I can't help but think it's like a jail outfit. She looks much better in rich, vibrant (sometimes not so vibrant) colors. It adds a little life to her.

The anime itself is pretty captivating. I ha ven't read the manga, so I want to see where it goes.

I LOVED it. I was sooo happy when i saw the first episode. The manga Paradise Kiss blew me away. The emotion got to me. I was laughing and smiling. And then i was crying and sad. Kya!!! it was great! each time i read it! the artwork is intresting and i enjoyed it. i love manga and anime that totally mess with my emotions.

I don't know how, when and why I started to view/read shojo. I think is my weakness... really I camouflage myself with the feelings of the characters... if you can see my face; if you can... no need to tell you 'cause it's written on my face. Confused

openin and ending are really cool. Tommy February6 has very good songs. Razz

Well, I haven't read the manga yet, BUT I have read NANA and I totally loved it! I'll so start ParaKiss manga soon.
I really like the anime too! I thought it was different and I love the op and ed song.
It got a bit confusing for me at the ending of the 2nd ep. I really like how it would get serious with really good drawing and when it's supposed to be funny, they go cartoon-like Surprised

honestly, i love this crazy sex relationships between the characters in Ai's work!! totaly awsome and it relfects modern world fantasy, in a brutal, crazy way
