Well, as you all can see, my pictures are mostly works by a newbie, me. So, i was wondering if anyone would like to improve on my picture. Or even better, help from u guys and gals out there. Improvement is much needed.

thanks meganekko for the great advice, really glad and comforted that your back!

anyway, for anyones info, the pictures are fully coloured by me, by hand, in fact, a tablet. no filters were used at all.
Tools used are:
Painting brush
layers
colors
magic wand
selection
hexagonal lasso
Burn
Dodge
history brush
and the most important UNDO function! Laughing

kinda glad and proud of myself for being able to do this, took me almost 4-6 hours for each picture! Oh well, if people enjoy seeing my pictures, i will continue to work hard. so people, continue posting and giving comments!!! Very Happy

now, i would like to ask for some help here, as you can see, i take alot of time to edit these pictures. So, would anyone like to complete these pictures for me. for many of my pictures, some parts were left out. how about it, anyone to take up the challenge. However, there are some conditions... no filters are to be used, and the completed pictures are to be posted up onto this topic and not your own topic.

Ne, meganekko-san, you were interested in my pics, how bout trying them out yourself? anyone who wants to help me, pls tell me through this topic, not through PM, so others know who is doing what... so.. a beforehand thank you to anyone who would like to help me... ARIGATOU GOZAIMASU!

i've got an idea. how about creating a sticky topic where people request and artist colour? i'm not sure if there is such a topic, or if this is a good idea. but oh well, no harm trying. There, a raw page that's screaming to be colored. It doesn't have THAT much noise. A bit of Contrast/Brightness adjustment, some Magic Wand here and there..... I think you can manage right? You have the SKILLS!! Very Happy

theres a rather nice pic you got there, but are u sure that there such a RAW pic out there? i thought that the manga ended at book 17, or was it 18, i'm not very sure too... didn't it end when (spoilers) nishino returned from france and reunited with manaka? Hope u don't mind if i get rid of the words or don't color them, can't be bothered to... Give me a few days to complete it, kinda busy with robotics competitions this week... hope you don't mind waiting...

Anyways, i don't mind doing the pic, but i don't think i can do as well as the pic you showed me below. nonetheless, i'll do my best. ganbarimasu!

And again, i am appealing for help, maybe this topic should be put up as a sticky..... since there are requests.... nah... just joking... don't think i can cope with so many pictures to color, suzuka and ichigo. So, bring in help please!

And it's okay if you don't do it, it's just some random pic I found. And That pic is from the omake of Volume 17. Ichigo 100% ended at Volume 18. ^__^

There. What else...? Oh, you don't need to include the words. Just crop them out or something. Just the pic will do. Wink

And you don't have to color it exactly as the second pic, I just showed it so that you'll know the color of their hair and eyes, etc.

anyway, new update soon, from suzuka. Appealing for help again.

Just a new idea i had. How bout putting up a sticky topic for requests to specific artists... this way fan artist could get new pieces to work on, while lovers of fan art get what they want. Just a caution, fans who put up their requests, pls don't give the artists too much to work on, these pictures take alot of effort and time... be patient.

Another idea of mine, was to think if anyone would like to collaborate with me to producing pics... a small group of 2- 4 would be good, one would color, another to shade, another to do effects etc. this way, each persons talents can be expressed in the pics well, the talents put together would be perfect!

Hope someone would take up my ideas, and give me help, coloring these pictures take me alot of time and effort. Hontouni arigatou to those who would like to help me... thanks.

latest update! two pics have been uploaded.. took me a whole lot of time. One is actually an improvement of suzuka rejected. the first was without shading... forgotten.. sorry. the second is actually suzuka's profile... unfortuntely in chinese.. thats because i scanned it from the manga directly.

meganekko san, the ichigo picture is doing OK... there no noise at all! GREAT! these makes my job much easier... hope i am improving!

1) Could you teach me the basic techniques how to using painting @ photoshop. I really hoping there is someone could teach me the basic in details . I mean step by step, umm..but if only you not too busy but hottoni I really looked at it.
