That must have been so harsh to look at her body after all that too! They even told him not to! The way he screamed was so disturbing...I was kinda hoping that somehow Solty was his daughter.....anyone think of a way that "rita" will come back from the dead???

pretty sure she is dead. frankly, i have no idea where this series is going, but it sure is interesting. I'm still not 100% sold on the idea that rose is roy's daughter. they jsut never cemented that down. whenever rose asked, people always said theres a possibility, etc.

YAY there is still hope that Solty might be his daughter...that'd be kewl, good to know someone else thinks this. |

You got that right. More than you realize. Whoever is translating Nyanko's stuff isn't exactly up to par. I've been wary of his/her stuff ever since I saw Nyanko's Akane Maniax. There are soo many mistakes riddled throughout all his/her Solty Rei stuff. Just off the top of my head from the latest Solty Rei:
Like in the desert when that old man was questioning Solty and said "I don't think it's possible but, are you sad about something?" He actually says, "...but, do you have your own will/an ego?"
or "Don't tell me you can't speak this language." is supposed to be "Is there a malfunction in your language circuits?" Which is the reason she replies with "please don't say such a thing". (Although she really says please don't put it like that/say it that way.)
lol. Or when she tells him to put the gun down because it's dangerous and says "What if some one else did that to you?" She actually said, "What if the bullet deflects off me and hits you?"
And when they get to technical stuff like the experiments that RIC are doing. HA! Forget about it. He/she is making up half of that mumbo jumbo. The pertrubation of the water in the enzymes??? Lol! I don't know where that came from.
Incidentally, in your earlier post where you mentioned the doctor telling Roy not to look, he never said that. He just said that the damage was so extreme that they were unable to restore the body.
This stuff happens so frequently it's comical. It's not bad enough to change the overall plot or story line but... Personally, I'm against people continuing to fansub stuff after it's licensed anyway but if your gonna do it at least do it right.

Not to add to anything but ....
TheCoreMedia player has a extremly smooth MKV filter that once installed also works on Media Player. The VobSub from TCMP is also alot cleaner then VLC in my opinion, and th euser interface of Media > VLC anyday. Im basically trying to say -
Get TCM, install its maktrosa filter and OGG Splitter with VobSub, and run the mkv in Media. WMV should pick up the sbus right away.
Normally WMV can't pick up Vobsubs even if it could read it properly. |

I'm pretty sure that wasn't Rose. It was that lady in that police group of four women. |

Are you sure because I looked at it again, and the RUC woman has bangs split down the middle and braids along the sides tying her hair back, and the woman in the chair had her bangs on the side with hair just tied back like Rose. |

I didn't look too carefully and I no longer have the episode but who knows. I suppose that could be a plausible way to bring her back. |
