what would be your anime weapon?

Anime weapon huh, hmm...Zeta Gundam! ..j/k..
My anime weapon of choice would be swords but mainly a huge sword with elaborate details and artwork. Double-edged with blue frame down the middle, flower peddle design for the handguard and a long ribbon on the end of the sword.

my anime weapon of chose the gun from hellsing "The Jackal"

Ammunition consists of special 13mm full metal jacket (FMJ) explosive rounds filled with silver (obtained from melting down the cross at Lanchester church). It is far too heavy for any human to use and has the firepower to take out the most aggressive freaks. On the side, a description of the gun and its makers' signature has been carved.† The jackal Prepared by Hellsing Arms per Alucard's request, Walter presents the vampire with this gun in Order 5. It's a specially crafted 13mm anti-freak gun. 390mm in length, weighing in at 35 pounds, with six bullets per clip, it makes a perfect companion to the Casull. The gun uses custom made 13mm armor-piercing bullets. The bullets are encased in pure Macadmium processed silver. The ammunition consists of NNA 9 cartridges, produced by Marvell's Chemical. The charges are made of blessed quicksilver (i.e. mercury, used to kill werewolves in lore). The gun's surface is brushed black metal with silver engraving across the outside. It reads "Jesus Christ is in Heaven now." It's also marked "Hellsing Arms Weapon Industrials," indicating its forgers

My anime weapon.. would be a shield that can be called forth at will. With blades on the sides so it can cut enemies. XD

i would love a weapon like the one hawk eye uses against zoro in one peice (i think hawk eyes uses it against zoro in episode 24) !! the toothpick sized dagger would be the best!!! i can make it look like a necklace too. Huge swords like clouds from ff7 or ichigo from bleach are just too big... wont be able to carry the darn thing... and even if i could! i'd get tired in a few seconds. its also much worse to be defeated by a super small weapon then defeated by a katana.

i would wanna have a weapon that looks big and scary, the one that cloud holds is quite suitable for me. if i can lift it up LolX.

i would chose either of the following depending on the situation:
minigun, fires 3000 rpm
katana, preferably long like sepiroth
hunting knife, like spriggan or re4
glock 22 custom, for everyday jobs
mg42 like jin roh
choke wires, like yashamaru from basilisk or walter from hellsing

overall tho, id perfer the best weapon that u can possibly have...

thats right, paper, the most versatile choice of weaponry.it can have its properties modified to suit the job, travel internationally with it, pretty much its everywhere, very strong and sharp, and can change to do anything thats required of it.
ofcourse id take the paper gene needed to use it too.

well after watchin bleach it would have to be a sword of the shinigami, not only is a katana a awesome weapon in the first place, but being able to transform it into a more powerful weapon would be so cool.

If I were to pick an anime weapon, I would pick the KUSARI-GAMA.

The Kusari-gama is a combination of a sickle (short scythe) and a long chain with a weight attached to the end of it. The sickle was used in a slashing or stabbing motion, as well as used to block and hook opponents weapons. By holding the chain portion of the weapon, the sickle could be swung around to get a greater reach with it.

The chain portion of the weapon was most often used for trapping an enemy or his weapon. Once tangled up with the chain, the ninja could finish him off with the sickle. This was a weapon the ninja invented out of farming tools they used.

I would have a sword that's similar to the Ten Commandment from Rave Master. The sword would have several different forms each one with its own special ability.

Either that or a gundam.
