Hello ladies and gentlemen.... I know we all are manga collectors in some sort of way. Some of us may have only one book while others have entire series of collections.

So here's the question... after collecting so many mangas or a manga, what do you plan to do with it after either you get bored with collecting, or after you die.

Do you wanna sell it or give it away to somebody? Or do you intend to keep it for your future kids to read?

What do you think?

i don't think i would ever get bored of manga/anime since it's in a field that is continually changing, if you get bored with one series you have the option to move onto the next. however if i died i would want to be buried with it Very Happy

I probably couldn't give my collection away even if I lost interest in it. so as soon as I do, if I do, my collection will be left to dust in a dark corner until I die and then... uhm, be given to my closest relative or friend (probably to be sold *sigh*) or just thrown away (*doublesigh*)

I'll keep the one's that cherish the most, sell the one's that im not to bothered about, and leave the rest in my booh self to gather dust

I'm a collector, so there is no way I'd sell any of them, or give any of them to anyone! I've got about 30+ volumes of manga now...

I have lots of manga books (approxiamtely 100+)
If I get bored,I won't sell it for sure.
I think that it's a kind of collection.

i doubt i'll ever get bored with manga too. I would never sell them or give them away, so much memories with it. So i'll probably have it till i dies, then my kids would probably throw it out or sumthing.

One of the thing i'm afraid of is not being able to finish a good series before i die(i know it's sad..)

As for me, I'd probably have it my entire life... then when I get my own house, I'll keep in a secret room where my kids would one day have access to. The trick is, to access the secret room, they have to first beat me in a game of chess!! HWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Though I can't say I'm that good myself....

But I did give away my Love Hina collection.... most of it I bought at U.S. which costed me around US$11..... but when I got back to Singapore, I found out they sold it at only around Sing$7.... so I was a bit regretful about being rash on collecting the series.

Oh, and I gave it to my best friend in high school or secondary school.... and well, I kinda started a frenzy for reading comic books in class =P
