| That would have to be either be Gundam X or the Odorobou Jing: OVA 7th Heaven. Both are excellent, and most of my faves have or will be licensed soon. |

you'd probably like:
- Tsukuyomi Moon Phase (up to episode 15 available)
- Mai-HiME (final episode recently released)
- Uta~Kata (all 12 episodes available)... also I'll say, even though it's a magical girl anime, it has an exciting darker feel to it than it's counterparts. This one may be appealing to you. Hey, it's only 12 eps, it's worth the time.

my favorites:
i really liked Mai-HiME until episode 26. ep 26 was done well, but it wasn't good, and made the series worse in my opinion.
ranma 1/2 is the series that got me started on manga and anime, and of course i love it.
DNA^2 is probably the funniest. Awesome series. But the extra episodes at the end weren't that great. Just ignore those.

maybe try witch hunter robin? it's being translated, but i'm sure a good hub in DC++ or some such peer to peer file sharing program can find you the fansubs. |

My favourite unlicensed anime are Peach Girl, Pretty Cure, Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne, Tenshi Na Konamaiki, Bleach, Sukisyo, & Monster! |
