What would you do if you you were immortal

I suppose if ppl were immortal......at some point they would grow bored coz they would eventualy have done many, many, many things,,,,nothing would excite'em anymore.....

......so to pass the time....they would want to gain knowledge....they will realise many things about the humans, religion, science, philosophy, the world.....and insanity will undoubtably creep up after all those years of lonelyness (wouldnt want to get hurt by be-friending/loving a mortal) and all that knowledge....

.....and eventualy they would look at the mortals with contemp and hatred for having the gift of death.............

........my theory anyways......

If I were immortal I would probably try and find a way to die by constant studying. After a while I would realize that there is no way to kill myself so i would begin my quest to find another immortal, which I would do for the rest of eternity. Unless of course I go around killing everyone until I find a person whodoesn't die, but that wouldn't happen so I'd eliminate the human race.

You just said that you cant feel pain, you didnt say that we could not die, so even though we cant feel anything our bodies will still die, though we dont feel it. Its like being completely numb everywhere. All the damage is done but you dont feel a thing.

But under the assumption that we cant die either, I would just exist if I could not feel anything. What can I do? Nothing. No sensations at all means that I would not even want to to anything because I cant even feel desire.

But I also said immortal, which means unable to die. And I later said that you can feel emotions and emotional pain but whatever. either way it would be horrible and I would eventually go insane.

Sorry I should have read every post. I usually do but right now Im not in the mood. IF that was the case immortality would be the worst thing in the world. You would see all of your family die, your loved ones, your pets, in fact you would have to watch as the entire world destroys itself.... So yes, it would be horrible. I would desperately try to find a way to die.

If I were to be immortal. I would do nothing. There not much to do but be there or maybe I would do crazy things tho. Like maybe jumping out of a building just for the heck of it. Unless I become some serious guy and study how to cure all kind of cancer and disease. So there you have it. Not much but it is something I guess.

If i were immortal i guess it would be todo things like walk under water in the ocean to get places. Or stow away on some rocket and go into space just to float around or land on some planet, without wearing a space suit. Maybe i'd find new life and opress them, after taking over the earth of course.

I would find some one to fall in love with and spend the rest of their life with them and after they die, track them down in the next lifetime and start all over again.

And live according to my personal honour code. Possibly help shape countries and nations when I thought they needed help. Build a bunch of houses for poor people, eat a bunch of yummy food, collect all of the shiney things I could get my hands on to, and get all forms of every kind of currency. Probably read a bunch of books as well. Hopefully I'd be able to have a buch of kids and document their bloodlines and see how many times incest occurs unwittingly.

I would probably cry or go nuts because everyone and everything I know wil die and leave me behind, I would eventually bear witness to the apocalypse, and lastly immortality without eternal youth would mean I would be rotting away without death in sight all the meanwhile. Immortality can be a very accursed thing.
