i have read a well translated koran and many of it is similar to the bible but some of it very different. the stuff in the bible like revelation is almost exactly the same as in the koran except it does't mention jesus it says allah comes back and be prepared etc.

I think you are quite wrong there. Muslims can't tell the exact location of Him but the only thing that I know that the mosque is the house of God and He can be found there. Allah watches over us and knows eveything that we do and I do mean everything.
About making himself unknown, that is absolutely untrue. If he's unknown, how did Islam came to this world? And yes, the only person that he spoke to was to prophet Muhammad, his last messenger to this world. |

I don't believe in anything supernatural, but I'm very interested on all kinds of myths, superstitions, spirits, demonology, etc. It's fun to read about them.

because quran loose it's meaning and worth if translated, also the translater doesn't ubderstand the meaning, the last holy book the quran al kareem contains words can't be translated |

Hi, I am buddhist.
I have a few question for all of u all.
1.) Is Buddhism a religion or teaching and Taoist a religion or teaching? Which one is the religion while the other one is a teaching. The history book state that Buddhism is a religion while Taoist is a teaching. A monk in the Buddhist temple state that Buddhism is a teaching while Taoist is a religion.
2.) This is for Muslim. Is it true that an unmarried man who die as a martyr will get 100 virgin girls in the afterlife while the married man will get less? So what if an umarried women who die as a martyr will get in the afterlife? |

well it sorta is like animism, but a bit different. i cant really explain it cuz i kinda lost some of my culture so i wont be able to explain it well enough for you to understand. |

However i am not too devoter to my religious,i also respect other religious since i think all religious actually come from god to make sure people always behave themself..and for kelvintjy question no 2: i think it only for those that go to heaven unmarried,they will get most beautiful female angel for man and male angel for women for them to married in there...However in islam, god like his devoter to married and if both, the husband and wife go to heaven.. god will change both of them to become more handsome or pretty than any male,female angel in heaven and still they got those male or female angel to serve them....i hope you can understand what i am saying since my english is not that good.... |
