There are a few 'possible' homo characters in anime but i only know a pair which are definite.

Shizuru and Natsuki of Mai-Hime/My-Otome series.
In fact there was one Mai-Otome episode preview with Natsuki saying (but not shown), "Duran (the name of her *i dont remember the term* summoned dog) lick, lick, lick, lick" and Shizuru would go "Aah! Where are you LICKING??" Based on how Mai-Otome is presented it would be easy to image what that was. Twisted Evil

And Tamama in Keroro Gunso has the hots for the sgt......kinda weired considering they arnt human.....

And wernt most the bad guys in Sailor Moon gay??

I haven't seen that many gay people in anime...perhaps cuz I don't watch that much anime...but Mr.2/Bon Clay...he's mah favourite...his fighting-style is just tremendous...and he's so sensitive...funny thing is that he's a bad guy...well...not really...in the end...he turns out to be a good guy...
