jeez that sounds awfully primitive... I mean in this information tech age, calling in and requesting certain episodes on a tv channel is like... dumb.
Well that was your guess so who knows.
Maybe anime MTV is some variety of mtv channel in some isolated country we never heard of.

Primitive? Quite the opposite, actually. Generally, the cable networks are the ones telling the customer what show they're going to show, this is the other way around.
I know a few really good AMVs that I wouldn't mind seeing... Hmmm... I wonder if mininova has anything. |

You think requesting an episode through a phone call in a cable tv is a good thing? Think about radio song requests, not all calls will get through.
Ever heard of pay-per-view? To me they're all waste of time and money. Anyways that was only someone's guess about what anime MTV might be.
and... wow I can't believe you just warped this topic into a thread about AMV(anime music videos)... READ THE PREVIOUS POSTS CAREFULLY, no one ever said anything about AMVs.
We should stop posting on this thread, the topic is obviously dead since the thread starter is presumed missing.
