I copied this straight from the TV and colore it w/ Paint. Don't have PS yet lol. It took 5hrs each to color.
Which do you think is Scarier?

BTW can you tell me how to make this smaller? I dunno

You could use Adobe Photoshop to do that. But since you don't have one, you could use Microsoft Office's Photo Editor.
But if you don't have any of these, I could resize them for you. Here, I made them smaller. I adjusted their width to 500, their heights were automatically resized to be proportionate...

If you want anything to be done in Photoshop, I'm your guy, I'd do anything for you guys! And I think the Akuma one is scarier, considering his skin is colored blue and red.... (>.<);

thats pretty good for paint, photoshop def has more power for coloring images. try and get it but good anyway.

i like the second better... the teeth and the eyes look scarier!
anyway... the evil look in the second is better.. more........ evil..
get photoshop by the way... things can be made very nice ... and easily too if you know how to.

Yeah i also think e.ryu is scarier  anyway thanks for the comments guys/gals. i'll be creating a scarier Akuma to give him justice , so watch out for it
