| according to a certain faith, it's deemed that every soul born into the world is equal, and the creator made it so...that is, until the fall of man occurred, which allowed the sin into man's heart, thereby creating the unequalness. if you ask me, not a single person born now is equal to another; only under that particular faith, to which hopefully, people will turn to, will they become equals |

No, nothing is equal.
Maybe in the terms of legal rights
Its just a bunch of fancy bullshit that people say to make themselves feel better. |

| no one is and will ever be created equal. there are those who will naturally succeed over others as rulers and leaders while others will be stepped on. that's how things are. if everyone was created equal then the whole world would be in chaos. no one really knows the true consequences of equality. |

I dont understand that. Do you mean its because of political systems that we are unequal? Because that would be absolute rubbish!
If anything, depending on which system and ideologies, government try to create equality, its just thats impossible to truely do coz humans are in no way equal except in basic human rights.

| Everyone is born equal, but the ugly truth is that one's environment and other's attitude makes them become unequal. No one can say that every person is equal because it just isn't the truth. |

| i passionately believe that all are born with an equal claim to life, liberty and happiness except where those claims clash with claims of others. who should then prevail or how a compromise can be reached i dont know. |

well i believe we are born equally as what we done before
so a criminal will be in bad condition of life or in hell depends on what he/she had done in the past
so everything is equal to what we have done
like if somebody attack people than most probably later that person will anso be attacked by other people |

I think humans aren't born equal. We have different traits and abilities at our disposal and make different lives because of them. We can not be equal, because if we were, we would most definately have a decent form of government. _________________ [img:450:200:d0a28f8b61]http://www.anime-source.com/upload/uploadFiles/9979.jpg[/img:d0a28f8b61]

well, recently, i came upon the declaration of independence in my textbook, a historical american document, and it got me thinking. theres that famous line:
all men are created equal and entitled to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
but in the world today, is everyone still entitled to happiness?is everyone born equal? (race, gender, economic conditions etc.) can the family you are born into affect your success in life?
im not just talking in america, but all over the world, i just want some opinions on what you guys think. |
You'd think that the theory would make sense since everyone seems to be born equally, and grow up dramatically different, but the true fact is that most people are born far off from others. Natural talents are built inside certain lifeforms from the host (parent mother). Some humans are born smarter, or bigger than others. The intelligence is hard to test though. |

| Yes, 1ce is right, and this is due to gene shuffling. Basicly, the genes we get are from our parents, but the reason we dont look exactly like them is due to the fact that the genes we get are randomly chosen (like blue eyes from you'r dad, but not the green from you'r mon for example)~ enviromental play a part also, of course. |

Lets turn this into a Nature Vs Nurture debate!!!
Yeah!! Nature wins hands down!!!
Seriously. Did you know personality is more heritable than intelligence?
Nature clearly is the more important factor compared to nurture... _________________ [img:309:200:9b3695521e]http://img69.imageshack.us/img69/8583/dobedobedojs0.jpg[/img:9b3695521e] |
