well, ask her to go with you to watch a movie or smth (preferrably alone) --> this is for you to think.

then when you ready to go (morning or afternoon), go to her place and accompany her to the movies, don't let her wait in the movie theathre. also, give her something, like a glove? it's cold anyway, so u better give her right away
then..go watch a movie or two, let her pick which ones she likes
then.. eat dinner/lunch together.. pay it!
then.. accompany her to go back to her place
and before you two part.. say it.. romantically..

no they tried to explain how love worked scientifically and misinterpretted it.

1)The Bridge was supposed to give a sense of danger so heart rate would be elevated and convince the victim that he/she is in love
2)The Peacock fathers are how male peacocks display that they are the superior canidate for mating. (Similar to how guppies will find mates with orange spots)

hmm lets see i dont think there is a way you do it like they portray in anime like taking a girl out on a date and timing it and being at a certain place or anything. i dont think you can just do it anywhere at anytime though, i think its a feeling that you'll know its the time, and then you cant hold back or hesitate when you know its time then do it.
