Hey all!
Im a College Student who is a supporting member of this site, so far ive forwarded this site onto many of my classmates and they all love it specially with starting off with readin ishico 100%.
I was just wandering how a person owuld become a manga scanner for this site as i own a few. Also if there are any regulations about scanning and submitting it in publicly.
