I'm staff and I'm only 25 ^_^
you should see convention staff... most of them are 18-22, though department managers and executives (like me!!) tend to be anywhere between 25 and 40.

im 21 turning to 22 these months i like my age im an adult im not a teenage im noble,understandable,relaiable,depenable,adorable,social,sociable,modeststable person,irresistible,powerful..................etc.

whoa... put some cereal in your bowl of sugar when you have breakfast tomorrow ^_^
anyways, getting onto most convention staff isn't really hard. You usually just gotta work your way up the ladder. go to www.anime-cons.com (the guy who runs it is pretty cool, he's a funny guy) to find out what cons are near you. Staff interviews usually begin about 9-10 months before the convention starts. AnimeBoston (my con) will begin their hiring shortly
