If successful, this might attract a lot of Filipinos
If not.....
Well there are fans out there of Amuro Ray or Koji Kabuto
(I hope).

=)... attracting a lot of Filipinos, huh?
Voltes V was one of my favorites when I was really young. Too bad they don't show it where I live now. But I have all the VCDs, ahahah!!!!
I really liked the theme song when it played, ehe. |

well...I guess Filipinos kinda forgot about it...but I don't...I downloaded bot the English version dubbed in "our" language and the Original Japanese voices...which is much more better and higher quality than the English dubbed. _________________

wow, a Voltes V topic! I loved this show ever since I saw it waaay back in the phils. I guess this kinda started my interest for anything mehcanical that is at least 1 story high, moves and busts things up with the use of fists and/or suber powerful weapons.
I sooo wanna see the series again, but I guess I can find solace in playing Super Robot Wars and listening to the mp3 of the op until I can find where to get it. |

| This was my first anime and it started the Japanese animation invasion on video in Indonesia back in the early 80's. |

HAHA! I love Voltes V! My parents (Filipinos) always talked about how amazing it was and how it was their favorite. And I always wondered why it was so famous. Anyways I always sang the song when I came to Manila. Somehow I just found the words in a book and started singing... Karaoke anyone? _________________ Gaze into the stars, reach for the heavens, with the wind blowing beneath you, and the Sun behind your back, you can become one with destiny.

| Yeah, I remember when I was in the Philippines they were showing it and it reminded me of Voltron, which for some reason I prefered to Voltes V. The song was hilarious to me because it was also inputted into kareoke machines and some of my family relatives were singing it. |
