| I got a question, just outta curiosity. Are fansubs made by the japanese or by people who speak and read japanese? |

I can't say for sure since I don't know any fansubers but from what I know most live in the u.s so mostly people who speak and read japanese. Like it says in most fansubs by the fans for the fans.
Also the wrong place to post about this so Im moving this to the anime general. |

i think its just people that know japanese and english doesnt matter what ethnicity they are just as long as they know how to translate
