Looks like we have to rename the manga as Flame Alchemist or Armour Alchemist soon Laughing

Our protaganist does not even appear once in this chapter but the others gave a good story nonetheless.

wow...Mustang was really cool...hope Hovoc survives...nice chapter but a little short...!!! O___O; i was really relieaved when Bradely decided to turn back!!

Heh. The manga is definitely better than the anime. Its rare to see Lt Hawkeye break down like that. Very cool =)

I for one am not missing Ed!! -Hate main characters- so he could rest for a while

At least in the manga Al is acting as a man!! His role was nice in this chapter... (in the anime he acts like a girl and is good for nothing!!!)

Didn't expect Riza to have a breakdown that easily...but it was nice Wink

...Poor Barry though!! I'm gonna miss him... Crying or Very sad

this is by far the best chapter i've ever read..
i used to think that the anime version was better but this chapter proved me wrong...

Roy was so cool.. now i know why he's called the hero of ishvaru war... and how he got the rank colonel... a real guy... but i'd still like to know if he really killed ross. because it doesn't fit him at all..
And yes.. the female side of riza was exposed. those tears show the depth of her feelings towards mustang... what a lucky guy. i think those bullets actually helped roy in delivering the finishing blast... since homunculus have to be killed a couple (hundred) times.

is barry dead? i mean.. it's just a scratch.. the seal's still there.

I still think he didn't kill Ross! Confused

-This is my opinion and not a spoiler or anything- the way the Major was happy kidnapping Ed was suspicious to me! Maybe he figured it out!!

Also recognizing the body only by the the tooth, it could be anyone!! Even a dead corps!!! : P

i was a bit late getting into the manga, but im glad i did. i had been informed before hand that it would be different from the anime, but frankly, im quite suprised that it is on par, if not better on storyline quality with the anime. i love both stories. im amazed at the ability to tell the same overall path of finding the philosipher's stone with wholly original arcs and story development.

im a bit confused tho, ross = lust? and im all for return of barry xD

Just my opinion on whether Roy killed Ross or not (I'm guessing! Not a spoiler or anything!)

I don't think he killed her cause for one, I don't believe that Roy would do something just like that. Doesn't seem in character. Plus I think he purposely burnt the body beyond recognition so it would be next to impossible to identify.

But anyway, what makes me really think she's still alive is that when Armstrong was getting all depressed at the hospital, Roy told him to take a break and go to Risombul (sp? I'm too lazy to check ^_^) where there's a lot of beautiful girls...

I think Roy's hinting to Armstrong that Ross is on her way there, since it is in the middle of no where (safe from the military). Which explains why Armstrong was so happy in dragging Ed there.
