it's good that there are school libraries with a manga section. At least students can read manga there just to relax their mind after class. It's even a better way to spend their free time. But then again, library are for those who want to find materials for their studies. Manga just doesn't seem to be in the write place...
But manga is also a reading material, and the purpose of libraries are to attract people to read more books. So in all, I think having a manga section is a good idea, even if it's the school library. |

For all of you who still go to school. Does any of your school libraries have a manga section?
Well, I discovered that mine does, its little, bt its there. I was lookin' around and I found Hellsing volume 1-4. I was pretty shocked that my school had such a violent manga in stock. Even though it is a high school I though it was a rather inapropriate selection, anyone agree? or am i just a wuss |
Well my library doesn't have any I think, for one it is a Catholic School [not that all the students are so innocent though] and I live in a Muslim country. I did go check my library but I doubt I will find even a single manga there. _________________ ~Life's Hell Coz Everyone Make It So~ |

| I wish my school library had manga. It doesn't even have any comics, beside the ones in the newspaper. |

Only comics by Lat (a local cartoonist). Unless you bring some in yourself which is not illegal but not very nice.
There are other ways to read manga in my library. You just need to pop open your laptop, access the WIFI and read manga online.
I think manga in the library is bad. Takes away your attention while studying unless you have "iron will".
Does comics in the news paper count? There is daily newspaper is my library. |
