go to pokemon rap, listen to it forward, then listen to it backwards, lyrics are proved.

Now don't get me wrong, I don't hate Pokemon. In fact, it was my first anime series back when I used to watch it a couple years ago (back in the day before I realized the genre goes much more deeper and I found websites that pointed me in directions of better series... like A-Source). However, there is much resentment toward Pokemon since it seems to be the model stereotype for anyone who isn't familiar with anime. To non-otakus, Pokemon seems to be the flagship of anime, or the mold in which all other anime is formed. Of course, we know that's not true, heehee

I get alot of "oh, what about Pokemon? Isn't that anime? " whenever I tell someone about anime. And they instantly think anime is Pokemon style, which is really aggrevating. I don't hate Pokemon either, but jeez, it sure puts an embarresing title on anime.

A lot of other anime have a style similar to Pokemon. D< Animation is animation.

Yeah, telling girls that you'r into anime makes them think

pokemon=kids=retarded cartoon=this guy should be avoided at all costs!

Now dont get me wrong, I'm actualy a poke-fan, but I have to admit, pokemon has gone way way down hill...

Yep....Every episode has the same storyline. Jesse n James cause trouble, the day is saved, ash learns valuable lesson.

Maybe We're just getting too old for it. As a kid, I remember watching the same movie once a week for a year. And I never got tired of it. But now....I watch something once, never watch it again.
