well first off i was suspendid for 7 days this past week, some lady i didn't know ordered me to throw away my drink durring lunchtime, i was on my way to see a teacher, i told the lady i wasn't gonna throw away my drink, then she asked for my name and i refused to give it to her, things from that point got out of hand, the lady followed me every where i went, even though she claimed she did not have time for this, then the principal ordered me into his office, and made we wait for a good hour and a half, apparently he went to lunch and decided to give me 7 days of suspension,
frankly i didn't care, i was glad to have the vacation, but what just dawned on me when i came back to school today, was my best friend slamming me into a wall say why the heck did i get freakin suspendid for (i toned down his language a bit) and the news was broken to me, he said it bluntly now you can't freaking walk with us on graduation day, i asked several other people like teachers and they said that was the case,
now i'm starting to wish i would of ran out of the school instead of let the lady follow me, if only i would of known this would happen,
damn i'm dumb _________________ [IMG:392:356:02d7b2c081]http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d122/V16Dragon/kenshin.jpg[/img:02d7b2c081]

Your principal is overly strict. 7 days suspension for not throwing away a drink? That's rather unfair.
My principal would've just shouted at me and given me public humiliation. Good thing for me I have no shame. _________________ [img:309:200:9b3695521e]http://img69.imageshack.us/img69/8583/dobedobedojs0.jpg[/img:9b3695521e]

Ouch! That bites bigtime. I agree. That was too strict and unfair. The most I've ever got suspended for was 5 days, and that was because I got in a fight with another student. And I dont think that I would be prevented from graduating if it had happened during my grad year. _________________ [IMG:500:100:5f9d323c6a]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v439/spender/Witchbladebanner3.jpg[/img:5f9d323c6a]

no they are not preventing me from graduating they are preventing me from walking to get the diploma, what makes it even worse is the principal even said i've never seen you around before that must mean you don't get into trouble, and that is true, i don't get into trouble, but he suspends me for not throwing a way a drink for 7 days while the kids after me who fought got 3 days, whats up with that?
but i guess his tolerance for asian kids are pretty low since my friend swung at him last year he missed the big black principal but got the our schools other principal dead in the jaw knocked him off his feet _________________ [IMG:392:356:02d7b2c081]http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d122/V16Dragon/kenshin.jpg[/img:02d7b2c081]

Wait a min... let me get this straight. You got suspended for a week for not throwing away a drink? I mean it wasn't alcoholic drink right? What the hell is the matter with your school? What kind of Nazis would make up rules like suspending a student for drinking their beverage? and they say US is the land of freedom... tsk tsk you should come up north here to Canada... At least we don't hire a hitler for a school principle.
BTW who the hell was that unknown lady? If she wasn't a teacher or anyone, what business does she have with what you can carry around? Do US schools not allow students from carrying drink bottles anymore? fearing they'd hijack the school building with broken bottle?
This is why I don't like any teachers who work in schools below post-secondary level. Teachers are weird people, I think spending too much time with kids have messed up their logic. Especially elementary or middle school teachers... Oh and kindergartner teachers are just creepy. _________________ [IMG:258:200]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v435/ypark/sigs/3fsn.png[/img]

my drink was a powerade i bought at lunch, nothing special in it, well not this time anyways, and i guess the lady was a teacher,
but i feel better after one of my teachers made us write greeting cards to a teacher and guess who i choose to write mine too, thats right that lady that got me suspendid, i filled the card with all kinds of sarcasm and smart alicky tones, felt great
and silverkitsune i wouldn't mind moving up north to canada, i have some relatives up their, and their neighbors daughter is hot _________________ [IMG:392:356:02d7b2c081]http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d122/V16Dragon/kenshin.jpg[/img:02d7b2c081]

Report. Obviously you need to check out your student handbook that you got at the beginning of the year.

Talk about weird. I didn't even get any suspension by having henna tattoo on my arm. First thing, was the drinking beverage thing the only reason they gave you to why you were suspended? Have you tried an explanation or anything? Hmmm.... they'd probably make something up.
I agree with you. The suspension was no biggie but stopping you from the graduation ceremony?!? That's outrageous! My friend can actually relate to that. He wasn't suspended but he was also prohibited in joining the ceremony....and placed a bad mark in his record, which he'll be bringing towards college. Reason? He answered back to a teacher. I'm not sure who was right or wrong, but I guess that reason is fair enough to give him such punishment.
I'll give you a weird situation, too. We have this so called "genius" girl in our class and ~everyone~ favors her, especially the teacher. This girl is a math whiz, a valedictorian candidate, and gets everything she wants(thought it can't be seen clearly 'till you get to know her more). And one tragic day, my "genius" guy friend started touching genius girl's skirt(who by the way, didn't life it, just touched it). Girl sees this and slaps guy's hand, thinking that he was doing something perverted. Seeing this cute reaction, genius guy laughs(cuz he thinks it was funny) and our class clown saw it all, and guffawed as well. And damn, was she embarrassed. We thought she was okay with it 'till she reported it to the disciplinary office. Guy shared to me that she was crying and all and making stupid excuses. This became a big issue and both guys were almost suspended. Rumors came out. There was one that mentioned that she did this act seeing the opportunity to bring down the guy(who bts is also a genius). And, you can clearly guess, some took sides and you know very well which side i take. Weird, huh? just for a stupid skirt.......
What about your parents? Something like this is definitely questionable. I'd report it to the school board, and if they choose to ignore it, then I'd go to a lawyer. For a case like this, you might be able to find one that'll go pro bono or who'll charge the city for their fees after you win the case.

my parents are old fashioned vietnamese style, if a child gets in trouble its always his fault, i explained to my dad and he went on about how his line leader at his company gives him a hard time, but he just sticks too it, and says that they are racist, but he says i'm still the one to blame cause i didn't listen to the lady i didn't know,

yea this stuff is really messed up, but i guess its too late now, i should of ran out of the school, at the time _________________ [IMG:392:356:02d7b2c081]http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d122/V16Dragon/kenshin.jpg[/img:02d7b2c081]

oh sorry V16Dragon, i suggested in telling your parents in the other post.
really? vietnamese are like that? i have somthing here: when the son or youngest sibling comes home from travelling, he isn't greeted by his parents 'till he performs a ritual. he first bows then kiss the floor by the door then the floor near the feet of the parents. is that true? kinda weird, no offence.
but parents are still parents. i'm sure they care. talk your way to their hearts, and add a few tears(it works for me) and make sure you mean it.
