nice story!!! one thing i notice though that in the beginning the plot is sort of the same with suzuka, the potagonist moving in w/ a relative and in a public place as well.
the plot of the story is also predictable, even though i read only up to chapter 6, i'd say this manga will likely end w/ st mariannu winning over fujiwara basketball team. unlike the manga suzuka, the plot here is totaly unpredictable
by the way vietfan i doubt this manga will put romance 1st and basketball 2nd. ehehe |
Actually these basketball stories/manga's usually end up with two options. Either they win against the best team (Happy ending), or they lose in the final seconds, but the team still has their spirits (Sad and crushing ending) |
that's true, and it's not only in basketball mangas but for most sport mangas too. _________________ EvEn iF tHiNgS mAtTer, PrEtEnD liKe ThEy DoN't |

You know as a basketball player the 3 Lane fastbreak is pretty hard to do in a game......all the stuff is possible, but there are some inaccuracies, overall nice manga.
A 3 lane fastbreak usually has a 35% chance of being accomplished depending on the opposing team, but I don't know a team that uses it as their main strategy.... |

There are many flaws in mangas like these, i've already stated some earlier in this thread.
---Based on the 3 lane fastbreak, it shouldn't be used as a main strategy, as you already know, good teams get back on defense as soon as they lose the ball or score. Fast breaks only work if the other team is lazy or slow on D. So I agree with your statement |

3 lane fast break is already something to use against teams that can return back to their court, since honestly, you only need 1 person to get to the net if it's open court on that side.
but a good fast 3 lane pass can really surprise the returning defenders, so it's a good strategy to at least know.
which isn't too bad considering how crappy these guys are right now, the more they practice these sorts of plays, they better they are at countering opponents and working together.
good manga, need more >.< |

They'd be more better off with pick and roll plays against the Fujiwara (sp?) school because its the last guy whos always swatting Natsuki. Better yet, plays like Isolation would benefit St.Mariannu right now since Natsuki is excellent at 1v1. |
