i don't think anybody made this thread so i will. does anybody play guild wars? i been playing for the past few days and it's pretty addictive. they said this is the closest game that'll ever get to diablo. ^^

I forgot i HAD that game o.o Man i have a lvl 20 Monk/Ranger whos so kickass...Shes a super healer
I can get up to 15 healing points lol healing for near 200 Wink

If i woulda gotten a new graphics card....wait maybe i can play on this comp..iunno ill try if i can ill pm ya and help ya out ^^ I LOVE helping ppl on it since i got bored of everything else... lol If i tried id actually finish the game...but i got stuck on one lvl because players are idiots and dont stick together to defend the damn king >.> lol but ya guildwars is fun! ill try installing it...

hmmm, i played guild wars, i have a lvl 20 ele that finsihed the game.
the game isn't that bad, it was very addicting. I got it when it came out during spring/summer, and i couldn't stop playing. but i think that once you beat the game, its not as appealing anymore. at first it was ok, trying to play the special dungeons like UW or FoW, but eventually it just got boring. I havent played in about 4 months, but i logged in to check out the sorrows furnace update in september...

i don't know if there are sitll as many players as there was... I think the majority of the people aren't playing anymore, well, not like i mean not a lot play it, but i remmeber back when it came out, there were so many people on all the worlds that there would be many filled worlds, but i don think theres that many people nowadays, or i wouldnt expect there to be.

Well I quite interested with this game.. but I got stuck with Lineage II and ps2 games but I hope if someone here could explained to me and add some infos or pictures of this game that could interacted more my interest on this game.

all of my friends played it when it came out..i was the only one who didnt get it...and now...they are trying to sell the game...

thats what happens, people get bored of games, and they dont wnat to play it anymore.. so they want to sell em. And thats probably a reason why as long as the gaming industry makes decent games, it'll never die out..

ya i got it a couple months ago... it's fun for a while, but it gets boring really quickly. there's not enough to do and the level cap is twenty. supposedly WoW just keeps going and going... but you gotta pay for it monthly Evil or Very Mad

the name of guild wars says it, Guilds, and we all know people play guild wars for the pvp, not the quests... ^_^

sorry you can't download this game online for free. you need to buy it to play. Anyways I agree with jckool, you play the game for joining guilds and playing PvP. Sure the quests are what you should do when you first start but as you get better you play for PvP. I left my old guild for my friends though and since its a noob guild we're not doing much until we're settled so i've been a little inactive lately. It still is addicting though.

i actually started like this week, but my friends have palyed it enough and i guess thats why i at least know what the game is truly about...Anyway, i'm an elementalist monk, and i joined my friends guild..and have quested abit, thats about all though... i do need to get to the pvp server sometime...

and whats with people and their one liners... you'd think if the manga section was down we'd have less of those..spammish..posts.. =p

I've had the game for quite awhile, enjoyed it until I finished the game. Then it seemed a little plain, though I did enjoy PvP. I've found it hard to get a lot of gold cause of all the people who farm, so its hard to get the items I want.

well, lets not go ranking it all of a sudden... i mean its different in everyone's eyes.. and games do get boring eventually.. so.. =p

so i guess the best way to put it is, its one of the best mmorpg's ever made.. =p
