As far as I know WF does not sub an anime once it gets licensed.

I am hoping there will be a 3rd season as they dropped a lot of hints towards the end of the 2nd season but have not heard of anything confirming a 3rd season.

Where did 2nd season end? Still watching it now, but switched to manga midway, the manga is still ongoing though.

Why in what was it, episode 20? harima basically confesses when he shows tenma the manga, but then in 25 he's all worried about her finding out his feeling her. I'm confused. Oh, and I finally got around to watching this show.
