u know what i think this topic is more on 2 than 3 =P well since the 3rd game is just a recent talk its not surprising. o man i just remembered my frend finished narutimate 3 in like 2 days @.@

took me around 5 hours actually, to unlock all characters.. unlocking all the specials is another matter though.. you have to date and do a ton of missions.. if you mean finished as in all missions.. i havnt bothered to do that yet... i mostly play this series as a versus game.. so.. all i really want are the jutsus and the characters.

That aside.. the ones that are cheap (and you might wnat to ban) are, tayuya(360 degree flute anyone?), tayuya cs2 (Giant ...thing that hits you for like a quarter of your life bar and flies across the whole map anyone?), kimimaro (not really..but hes so fast and can hit for..alot of hits..almost required to kawarimi out of his combos...), 4th hokage (Bam *flies past half the map* ..wha? what just happened?...his rasengan is cool though, it'll bypass blocks purely because it hits you from the back..), kankuro (same cheapness as in NH2... multiple poison bombs, counter, and not to mention a hit you from the other side of the map move..), Naruto(Somewhat.. fully charged rasengan breaks block, but thats basically pointless. as its easy to dodge, still better than chidori since once its charged it doesnt drain chakra nonstop, that aside.. shadowclones from out of nowhere hitting you anyone?..naruto i can deal with though..)

Anyway, most of these guys other than tayuya i can deal with.. but tayuya is almost impossible to hit physically.. the 360degree circle attack.. you cant kawarimi it, all it'll do is pop you to her back and then let you get hit by the 360 degree attack anyway.. only way to bypass it would be by using a ranged attack, but of course.. her square stays for a tiny bit of time, and it is also able to block any form of kunais/shurikans/ whatever the hell ppl throw at her... fighting against her is..NOT fun..

oh and itachi's kagebunshi kai is now blockable.. that makes life MUCH better.. and konohamaru sucks.

the game is great even my friend who dont watch/read naruto play this game...

@jckool>> hehehe me too have lost to the comp... and my record was bad... 5 times in a row <<that is bcoz I'm using kurenai and I got to fight with anko.. she's good<< its the first time I use her...so I dont know her ability much...

then I got pissed so I change to shikamaru and that made's the different Laughing

so... easy...

and now I already owned the hard mode... I can match with them now its pretty easy when you know thier weaknesses... Twisted Evil

@Mal>> you can change the combo hit by using directional button such as:

(up, up, + O), (down, down + O), (left, left + O), (right, right + O)

you can change the direction as you want, try to experiment t your self...

dont mind if you dont understand what the game say... just experiment it your self and see what would happen what would happen if you change the config...and if it turn as bad as before then just reset the game Cool

I've explore throught out the game and it was easy and simple to understand...

here is a tip for noobs (including me) if u dont know how to play a certain game at the start....just mash all the buttons like theres no tomorrow =D works well for me

my tips is just lose your first match... but still try to experiment things like how to make a combo hit, jumping, throwing item and all...

when you're ready then, its payback time...

indeed shikamaru's counter is slower than haku's, but you have to know the perfect timing to do that, this really work after they fall down, they'll quickly rush foward and try to attack you... if your timing is right, you might hit them...

oh yeah!! I've just mastered narutimett heroes 3 last night... but still there's 3 character to unlock....

anyone already unlock all of them yet? Very Happy

well as long as you dont save the game you can explore all the things in ths game... I like to experiment things... and if it get worst I'll try to repair the config or just reset the game Very Happy

like aya_nishino san says... shikamaru needs perfect timing to do the counter move... and also you can just kawarimi from your opponent attack... they'll just either defend or accidently attack you... that is how I done my counter ability...

err... me too still hasn't unlock all character yet...

uhhm, 3 characters? who're you missing? do you have.. hanabi? hokages? ... oh and for some reason you'll eventually get an extra slot with the 4th hokage, you get him when you get your last character i believe.. beat rpg mode, and do the quizzes.. and jsut continously hunt down hanabi and buy
E V E R Y T H I N G... that'll help, give hanabi her items, and eventually she'll become a playable character.. and for the hokages and konohamaru you need to do some quizzes.. err.. theres a topic on gamefaqs about it =p... i used that, cuz its virtually impossible to answer them while they're in japanese... and its 10 questions, get one wrong, you start over.. so.. =p
