if i had to pick one i would say a funny manga would be my preference. but a manga with a mix of both funny and serious moments is better for the soul! its like, u cant just see life as a joke, u gotta have serious moments sometimes.... ag wat am i saying this is manga im talking about

Well I have to have the comedy.. I can't deal without it.. Serious is cool and all in some parts but I have to have a lil' laughter here and there to keep me going if you know what I mean ^^.

It all depends. If it's in the shoujo manga section, it should be serious and funny. Likewise in sports manga, it should have a bit of both.
