Suzuka Discussion (no scans here) [SPOILERS]

All translations of Suzuka are now on both HTTP and ED2K; hopefully this will help the distribution effort!

ed2k is also called eDonkey or eMule, and is an excellent system for long-term load-shared peer-to-peer file distribution. It provides robust hash-accurate global search and retrieval functions, and enforces a certain level of upload obligation on clients.

To help prevent cluttering in this thread, here are links to the hosting page, where you can download Suzuka volumes 1-11 and separate chapters 0-100, Valentines Special & Omakes via direct HTTP and ED2K:

thanks for the effort, but first of all, the ones from anime-source and animescans are translated by CGY, correct? And unless you have his permission to post them here(he wouldn't let me) i'll have to ask that you remove them, or at least notify him so he can tell you to take them down. in either case, i can't post them.

as for the ones done by angel scans(as i'm caling them,a-s, get it?), what the heck is ed2k? i've never heard of it, its not http? well, i can't acess the links either way.

if angel scans keeps translating, he won't.
besides, according to your idea, we'd have ch. 80 out at the same time as ch. 90, but no ch. 81-89. that would be a waste, because no one would read ch. 90 until they'd read the ones before it.

i'm editing pg 10 of ch. 75 right now, i'll have it up sometime tomorrow.

First and final warning for anyone who keeps the flame war going. I will start website wide bans not just a regular forum one.

Not everyone has english as their first language. I'd love for people who think everyone's english to be impeccable to start translating to another langauge that is not your first.

I'm pretty sure you'll just love it when you translate something on your free time and people start bashing you for it.

on the other end of the spectum, translating something doesn't give you the right to act above others either.

Both sides please stop this nonsense.

Either wait a given time and as soon as it expires start to download or use megaupload... The problem is,that You're probably sharing your IP and without premium account rapidshare don't recognise single user but IP adress which is downloading at the moment...

I had the same problem and that way it should work

The other thing CGY (or any other) is a human being as well so it can happen that mistakes sneak in or not ?
and if you don't like the translation than don't use it Mad

for other people that can't download from rapidshare and megaupload like me
(i'm from Thailand, I think many thai ppl. suffer the same problem as me. but I got the file because I beg my friend at US. to download for me)

here's link (yousendit) that I think it should work fine for everyone. However the bad things about yousendit is it only keep file for 7 days. So if the link is expired and who want me to upload again, you can PM me any time.

thanks, i'll put that up. the reason we don't like you sendit as much is because the link expires after 25 downloads/7 days. if you look at must of th links, they're getting 200+downloads, so...

i might make a filefront account and see if that works better for anyone.

I'm really glad that you guys seem to be enjoying translating this!

Anyways, Akitsuki was a really good boyfriend in this chapter. Even after all of Suzuka's bad places, he was able to still cheer her up in the end! What's awesome is that it all came naturally and that he didn't have to think to himself or any of that junk.
