lol Slow down a little, it looks as if you didn't even bother with details or anything. The drawing itself looks decent, however the CG looks like you did it in 5 minutes or something.
I do not mean to discourage you but I am just saying from a fellow artist's point of view that you need to take more time on your works. I would like to see a fully done work from you. Keep it up and post more and more. Practise makes practise....even though saying that my skills with Photoshop are nothing near good yet x_x _________________ The hardest person to forgive is yourself~ |

the drawing is nice... but the CG isn't really good... like takasan said... its rushed... try spending more time on the coloring... i take around 8 hours to complete like 70-80 percent of one piece of work, so it does take time...
ganbatte ne?
cheers,

i believe you just bucketted it to color in photoshop?
there's a way in photoshop that you can color underneath the main lineart
it makes it MUCH easier to color your AMAZING lineart
from the main bar (where file, edit, image, etc lay) click window
then channel. in the channels area, click the circle on the bottom
[img:226:223:c7468d17ea]http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b293/naruyan/channels2.jpg[/img:c7468d17ea]
this should select the whole lineart
go to Select and click Inverse.
[IMG:327:341:c7468d17ea]http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b293/naruyan/channels1.jpg[/img:c7468d17ea]
then, go to Layer, click new layer, and edit>fill
make sure the color you're filling it with is the one you want
delete the layer with the original lineart, while still having the lineart you just created (the one with edit>fill)
you can create ANOTHER layer underneath the lineart layer
this is the layer you color on.
nothing beats experimenting. just keep on practicing, and i'm sure you'll get better at it !
you already have a great illustration to work with.
hope to see more from you ! _________________ [img:435:154:20d06a2f38]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v155/naruchan/topbox.jpg[/img:20d06a2f38] |

| Its pretty decent for a first try. I'd say all you need to do is practice a bit more and fix up the colours. The colours is probably the hardest part for me though since i'm colour blind. |
