my last drawing

like the teile said "my Last drawing"...the reason i named it like that because it was my last artwork before I stopped. I know it's not too good. I first sketched it then I inked it by hand.

Pretty plain no? What critics will I get? since this is the first time I posted one of my drwings here in A-S.

there's something about the simplicity of the drawing that i like ^^
reminds me of motoko from LH for some reason? haha

ANYWAYS.
some critiques would be to be aware of the natural shape of the head and where the hair would fall. if you made the side lines of the hair more at a slight 90 degree angle (not too drastically 90degrees) i think it would look more natural ^^ she's got a really peaceful looking face ! some of the proportions to it do look a bit off tho. here's a tip: hold up your paper to the light and turn it so that the side you drew on is opposite of you. sometimes you can see that the face (such as eyes, or mouth) look like they're not directly where they should go. this is a good way to check.

actually...that's really Motoko Aoyama of "Love Hina". I was in the mood when I draw her.

yes...I knew some of you would notice that the shape of the face was a bit off. I'm also bad at drawing hair styles and physics...which is why the hair ended up like that. ehehehe...

You know what, I think I'm going to call you Hiroki now. Looks good to me. Can't believe you stopped drawing...then again so did I for a while.

The only thing that bugs me about the pis the the eyes don't match up I think. Also the positioning of the nose and mouth, besides that looks good. It does look good actually. Copying other arts of work is a way to develop your own. you have to start somewhere.

If you're not gonna draw anymore at least show us your earlier works then.

My earlier works are tooo childish and they all have something in common. ....they almost look all the same and It kinda shames me to show them to the public. but maybe I should try to show some of you my earlier works...maybe tomorrow.

Looks pretty good. Why are you stopping? You should practice more if you are not satisfied with the way you draw at present. Believe me, your drawing is better than some i have seen.

Her neck is a tad too long for my tastes, and the left side of her face looks akward..

But hey, if thats your style..... then who am I to complain? xD <3
