i voted "both parties" becuz it really depends on 1. whose ur friend in the relationship, 2. situation on y they broke up, and 3. who was being unjust or cruel in the relationship.

well most of my guy friends are actually dumped by their gfs...so i think i pitty guys more actually. plus they usually fall for real bit**es....but it's somewat their falt for falling for them so easily...kinda sad actually.

I think girls have it harder. Guys will be depressed for a while but then it's back in the dating scene. Girls will be sitting around eating ice cream/chocolate, crying, and thinking WHY WHY WHY!?!?!

if we generalize, it would be girls. they stick like glue, you know. it's rare to find a relationship where the girl is fooling around with the guy. i only know a couple of them namely my bro and his friend(then they were meant to be friends after all).

Defintely the girl. Typically the female partner becomes emotionally attatched far more easily and stronger than a males, so for her the breakup is sort of like severing a part of her off. At least that is they way I am. Of course the bastard deserved it after what he did to me, but still I had ties to him even when he did that to me. Its complicated...

I wouldn't pity either of them. If they broke up then there had to be some reason nd they probably arn't meant for each other. I would however support both of them and encourge them to move on, especially if they're my good friends.

i'd definetly say girls. Maybe it's because I am one, but it does seem that we get attached easily and even if it's us who break up with the guy, you do still have attachments. It also, to me, seems that girls are more vulnerable i guess (except for the really b****y ones, they deserve it). And i've also known a guy who was really cruel to his gf when they broke up.

i dont think its that hard for a guy to fall in love pyro...although its true that lust is one of the main reasons why some boys try to hook up with girls, but most of the time, thats when you draw the line of what type of relationship youre looking for, and then again, according to the kind of relationship two people may be involved is the way ill react, conceding the possibility that one of the subjects involved might be my friend.

i mean, its IS true that some guys may try to get with a girl just to get laid, but i think that in those cases, most of the decent ppl would actually try to make that reciprocal, unless youre a total bastard(theres a lot of bastards actually(most of em look like "men")), i mean, ive been with a couple of girls just for the sex, but im pretty sure they were with me for the same reason(so neither of us really cared), that kind of things does indeed happen, just like there may be some girls who get boys just for lust, and in those cases it could well happen that the boy actually feels for the girl; of course the proportion between girls who act like that and boys that act the same is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayy in favor of the boys(meaning theres more boys than girls that act like pigs), probably because girls are more emotional, so they know how much it may hurt if a boy gets hooked up with them.

but i really think it does happen. a boy may fall in love early in life.

so, depending on the situation is the way ill react. if the boy acted like a pig, even if hes my best friend, ill go for the girl, and probably would give a preaching to the bastard.

Well theres two people in a relationship otherwise its called masturbation; so when a dyadic relationship falls apart both are left scared and hurt and both are equally pathetic unless one person was the sole reason it didnt work..
