A girls manga

I've done a search on this and can't seem to find anything on this manga, i dunt know how I came across this manga, but could use some help. Here's a brief discription:

It's about a orphan boy name "Kazao" and bunch of kids who live on an island. He has fell in love with a girl on the island. Her name Eiko. HOwever, fate would have it that his parents have been found him, and want him to live with them. So he leaves the island to meet his parents, not knowing when he will see Eiko again.
