manga mistake

i've noticed this while reading rurouni kenshin. shishio always has bits of hair coming out of his bandages on his head. but, when he takes a bath at this hotspring in the village where senkaku ruled, he's bald. have you guys noticed other slips like this in other manga? just asking out of curiosity

Oh, I didn't noticed that. But I did found one in Dragonquest, where hyunckel is supposed to have those visible hair at the back of his ear but he didn't when he was battling with Myst=Vearn (anybody else read this?)
